According to the condo by-laws, if 51% of condo owners agree on a particular course of action that action can be taken. The primary purpose of this site is to serve as a contact directory of condo owners and to provide a way for all of them to communicate and stay informed. This site also serves as an open forum for the exchange of ideas and thoughts.
